How Flavorite Sauce Started
Inspired by techniques Oli learned from her Abuelita Vicky in Mexico City, we craved a flavor that was not overwhelmingly hot or bland in Minnesota. After a few trial runs, we found a perfect balance of spicy peppers and a few simple ingredients to get a slightly sweet and smoky profile.
